The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and pier. The room was cozy and clean, had good heating, and there were plenty of restaurants in the area. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary breakfast and WiFi, making it easier to plan our romantic escape.
We had trouble with the elevator and struggled for 30 minutes to get back to our room. The construction noises in the day were also inconvenient.

The hotel is near to the popular tourist attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, which was a relief after a long day of sightseeing.
There were a few issues during our stay that spoilt the experience. the noise levels in the hotel were high which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Located in the heart of an old town, the hotel is close to many tourist spots, thus making it a convenient spot to stay for travelers. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist the guests. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and offer great value, with triple rooms being quite accommodating to families. the absence of cigarette smell is a plus.
The hotel may lack some essential facilities such as free bottled water and washing machine, which can be disappointing for guests.

The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and were always ready to help with anything I needed during my stay. I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, right in the center of the old town. It was so convenient to explore the city as it is close to the city center and many tourist attractions. I especially enjoyed shopping at the nearby bigger shops near the church, as the small shops near the hotel were quite expensive. The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
